You can print messages from any Android and iOS devices. To print a message, you may need a computer, or you can do it through your phone. This is not an easy method to print your messages from your phone as you can do this on your computers more efficiently, but you may find it difficult from your phone.

Instead of printing that message, there is also another option to take a screenshot in your phone and then transfer that screenshot to your computer. This will help you to keep your essential message in a safe place.

Follow the given steps to print a screen capture from the iPhone 8 and iPhone X:
  • Check in case the printer is AirPrint turned on. You will get this option from the printer setting.
  • Make sure the iOS device and the printer are paired with the same internet.
  • Open the screen capture picture.
  • Click “Three Dots” icon located on the azure color column.
  • Tap “Print” button.
  • Press “Select printer” option.
  • Select the printer.
  • Choose how many copies you want.
  • Press the “Print” button on the top of the display.

Through email and Word
  • Go to the text you like to print.
  • Hold down the text.
  • Choose “Copy message text” option.
  • Open “Email” application.
  • Go to the new tab of “Compose message” display.
  • Insert the copied text.
  • Enter the email ID you like to send.
  • Go to your account inbox on the computer.
  • Note down the text.
  • Insert it in your Word document folder.
  • Press “File” option.
  • Choose the “print” button.
  • Change your setting to print the message.
How to print screen capture from the iOS device to Windows and Mac through the USB cable?

Transfer that screen capture picture to the email, install it from the email and then store it to the computer and after that click “Print” button.

Steps for Windows:
  • Pair the iOS device to the computer through the USB cable.
  • You will get a message with “Trust” or “Don’t Trust” option on the iOS device.
  • Click “Trust” option.
  • An alerting message will ask “Click to choose what happens with this device” appears on your screen. Click on that alert.
  • Choose “Import photos and videos” option. That screensaver picture will be stored in the computer; you will find it on “My Pictures” file.
  • Search for that screen saver picture; click the button on the right column.
  • Choose the “Print” option.
